Lisa teaches from an honest, heartfelt place that allowed me to really feel into the naturalness of my own body. The space was held with such loving awareness, and such respect for everyone in the room, it felt transformative and richly nourishing.
I host longer yoga sessions and retreat days throughout the year.
These sessions give opportunity for the body and mind to settle more deeply into the postures, breath work and guided deep rest meditations.
Classes are currently running online via Zoom.
In line with the current governments advice, all face-to-face classes are cancelled.
