Gentle Yoga & Meditation Classes


Gentle yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness techniques combined with relaxing meditation will help you relax and develop a deeply nourished, centred and restored body, mind and spirit.

With an emphasis on simplicity and slowing down, in these sessions you will release tensions, build inner and outer strength whilst developing mindful awareness and compassion for yourself and the life you live.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cushion to build a cosy nest for our deep rest meditation.

I recommend wearing something comfy. All equipment is provided.
