Life can present challenging times, where having the support of a kind, non-judgemental person by our side can empower us through difficulties. Having time to explore our emotions and experiences, whilst being met with great tenderness and understanding through a supportive therapeutic relationship can be deeply healing. Helping us explore, process and release what is bothering and burdening us whilst finding ways to move forward with more ease and joy in our life, can be greatly enhanced when we reach out to someone who cares.

During our time together, I create a safe and confidential space, where you will experience kindness, acceptance, and non-judgement whilst we gently explore together. We will use a combination of methods, depending on what is right for you in any given moment, including psychotherapeutic counselling, gentle movement and yoga, breath work, mindfulness and meditation.

Cost: £50 per hour session

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an
appointment or the full fee will be due.
