Private yoga tuition is a good way to learn the practice of Yoga with individual guidance and attention.
This can be particuarly beneficial for beginners and those who wish to focus on specific needs such as physical and emotional issues. For others, its simply more effective or motivating to have their own private yoga time with an experienced yoga teacher whom they get to know and trust.

You may already have an idea of what you would like to achieve or we may explore this together to fully understand and work with your personal needs. Private sessions are a wonderful way of exploring and developing a yoga program to cultivate and compliment your unique physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual being.
A typical session will involve working with your movement, breath, balance, strength and flexibility as well as enjoying guided relaxation techniques and self-awareness practices if so desired and relevant to your requirements.
They can be in the comfort of your own home or in a privately booked room convenient to us both.

Your first session, will be at a greatly reduced rate of £35 for an hour and a half session, including personal consultation. All further sessions are £35 per hour.
It is also possible to book a private session with a friend, partner or small group, and prices will vary depending on the amount of people.
